I'm packed with Vitamins A, C, and K with a substantial amount of Iron, Calcium, Magnesium, Potassium, as well as the antioxidant Beta-Carotene. Making me excellent for fighting inflammation, reducing cholesterol, keeping your liver healthy, and supporting healthy digestion! You needs it I do's it. I'm a freak in the kitchen too! You can have me raw, rubbed up with some oils, slow braise me, or pop me in your wok at the end of your stir fry! I'm delicious and probably within 100 feet of your residence!
