I’m grown all over the world but you just have to go as far as SC Farm in Fall City to find my birthplace.  What am I?!  Well I’m a proud member of the Brassicaceae family, and my long name is Eruca vesicaria, but my favorite nic is rocket!  One serving gives you 100% of your necessary vitamin K and 25% of your Folate and vitamin C.  I’m also a calcium, magnesium, and manganese powerhouse.  I’m often enjoyed raw in a salad or as a delicious fresh topping for your pizza!  I’m a little tart and bit peppery so if you’re need of a green to fill those lanes pick me, you won’t be disappointed!
