Our heritage pork is raised in our woodlands where they are free to express their natural instincts to dig and root, and graze on plants and grasses. They are supplemented with local whole-grain feed that is certified organic, project non-GMO verified, and soy free. We never use any synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, added hormones or antibiotics.

Ingredients: Pork, Salt, Dextrose, Sugar, Black Pepper, Red Pepper, Spice Extractives.

All our pork is processed in Rochester Washington, after undergoing a strict series of quality checks and under the supervision of the United States Department of Agriculture.
