At Mossy Rock Ranch, our Wagyu and Angus cattle are rotationally grazed on open pasture year-round using regenerative farming practices. Our cows are raised without antibiotics, hormones, or vaccines, ensuring clean, natural beef. We breed our cows on the farm with our prized purebred Wagyu bull named Kobe. His lineage comes directly from original Japanese bloodlines and is registered with the American Wagyu Association.
Our 100% grass-fed and finished cows are supplemented with locally sourced alfalfa hay during their final months. Grass-finished beef is leaner and contains up to six times more heart-healthy omega-3 fatty acids compared to grain-fed beef.
Our cattle spend their entire lives outdoors on fresh pasture and are rotationally grazed for the health of the animal and the soil.
We never use any synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, added hormones or antibiotics.
