Our cattle spend their entire lives outdoors on fresh pasture and are rotationally grazed for the health of the animal and the soil.
We never use any synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, added hormones or antibiotics.
Our Wagyu cows are finished on fresh grass and a ration of local whole-grain feed that is certified organic, project non-GMO verified, and free of soy. After humane harvesting, the beef is dry-aged for 21 days resulting in a richer flavor and more tender texture
All our beef is processed in Rochester Washington, after undergoing a strict series of quality checks and under the supervision of the United States Department of Agriculture.
