Pure Nelida Farm Organic Sunchokes

Sunchokes are a native plant to the PNW. They look like ginger, but taste like an artichoke. Be sure to cook them well to avoid a gassy stomach. Roast or put them in an air fryer with a little salt and oil for a phenomenal local treat.
